Refund policy

Every Favola book is personalized and made to order, so all sales are final.

Printed books. Hardcover and gift-box books cannot be returned or exchanged, except where they arrive defective or damaged. If your book arrives with a printing or shipping defect, email info@favo.la within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we will reprint or refund it.

Digital books. Digital books are non-refundable once the book has been generated or unlocked.

Cancellations. Because production begins as soon as you order, an order can only be cancelled before it enters printing — email info@favo.la as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
