Favola ("we", "our", "us") is a product of Digideal LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with a registered office at 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE 19958-9776. These terms govern your purchase and use of Favola books. By creating an account or buying a book, you agree to them. Please read the refund section closely — personalized books are made to order.

Who can use Favola. You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. Favola is for personal, family, and gift use. By personalizing a book with a child’s details, you confirm you are that child’s parent or guardian, or have their permission.

The books we make. Favola creates personalized, AI-illustrated bilingual storybooks where a child is the hero. Your finished book is yours to read, share with family, and gift for personal, non-commercial use; you may not resell Favola books or use them commercially without our written permission.

AI-generated content. Stories and illustrations are produced by AI from your inputs and are creative works for entertainment that may contain imperfections. Please review your book before sharing it with a child; if anything seems off, tell us at info@favo.la and we’ll make it right.

Purchases and pricing. You pay the price shown at checkout; taxes may apply. Web payments are handled by Stripe.

Refunds and shipping. Purchases are governed by our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. Because each book is personalized and made to order, sales are final except for defective or damaged printed books.

Disclaimers. Favola is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. The books are for entertainment and are not educational, medical, or developmental advice.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digideal LLC and Favola will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to it.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. We may update them as the product evolves; the current version is always posted here.
